Terms and Conditions for Weddings
Portraits & Bouquets

Effective date: 15th November 2025

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by
Fotoplanet.dk / Polina Sofia Svensson,
including wedding photography, portraits, and bouquet add-ons.

1. Booking & Payment

• A written confirmation or 20% deposit secures the booking.
• Remaining balance is due on or before the session date, unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices include standard editing. Extensive retouching may require an additional fee.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• If the client cancels, the deposit is not refunded.
• Rescheduling due to illness or weather is possible, subject to availability.
• If the photographer must cancel (rare), all payments are refunded.

3. Photoshoot Conditions

The client agrees to:

• Arrive on time
• Follow reasonable instructions for posing, location, and lighting
• Ensure minors are supervised at all times

The photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to clients being late or unprepared.

4. Artistic Style

By booking, the client acknowledges and accepts the photographer’s artistic style.

Editing style (colors, tones, atmosphere) is part of the signature look and cannot be changed upon request.

5. Image Delivery

• Photos are delivered digitally via online gallery.
• Delivery time: normally 2 weeks depending on the season and hours of photo session.
• Raw/unedited files are not provided.

6. Usage Rights

Clients receive:

• Personal, non-commercial usage rights
• Permission to share on social media with proper credit:
  “Photo by Fotoplanet.dk”

Fotoplanet.dk retains full copyright.

Images may be used by Fotoplanet.dk for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session.

7. Bouquet Add-On (For Weddings & Photoshoots)

• Bouquets are available only as an add-on to a photoshoot, not as a standalone floral service.
• The bouquet is custom-made and delivered personally on your ceremony photoshoot day.
• Flower availability may vary by season.
• Fotoplanet.dk cannot guarantee exact flower types if suppliers face shortages.
  A similar style and palette will always be maintained.

8. Liability

Fotoplanet.dk is not responsible for:

• Acts of nature (rain, wind, storms) affecting the shoot
• Delays caused by traffic, location closures, or weather
• Allergic reactions to flowers
• Loss or damage of personal items during the session

9. Governing Law

All agreements are governed by Danish law, and any disputes must be addressed under Danish jurisdiction.
